COAL PRODUCTION PERSONNEL IMMEDIATE OPENINGS KenAmerican Resources’ Paradise Mine Attention!!! Experience underground coal production personnel: KenAmerican Resources Paradise Mine in Central City, KY is seeking to hire highly skilled, highly motivated personnel to staff additional underground coal production units. To go along with the best benefit plan available in the industry, Paradise has implemented the following rates for production positions (2+ years experience required): Continuous Miner Operator $23.50/hr Roof Bolter $22.50/hr Shuttle Car/Scoop Operator $21.50/hr Certified Underground Electrician $25.10/hr Production Foreman Salaried position Trained but inexperienced miners will be considered for entry level positions. Paradise Mine offers a daily production bonus program where hard work and hustle needed to produce coal safely and productively are recognized in a VERY BIG way. Production employees have the opportunity to earn an additional $77, $135 or even more each day. Our benefits include fully paid Medical insurance –no premium contribution, no deductible, Dental, Vision, 401(k) (company matches 100% of contribution up to 8%), holidays/vacation/personal days, Uniforms, Educational Assistance Plan, etc. Benefits are effective the first day of employment.
