Engineering Manager Europe 15731 THE ROLE CCL has been requested by a major international energy company to provide an experienced Engineering Manager to work on an onshore gas project. Initially based in a major European city during engineering study phases with frequent international travel. Possible relocation to engineering design offices elsewhere. During construction & commissioning phases will work at site on a rotational basis. Contract minimum of 12 months with excellent prospects of long term work as client prefers candidates who able to commit to full project cycle. Attractive daily rate. THE PERSON At least 10 years of experience in engineering studies of oil & gas production facilities. Experience in external FEED management. Process background advantageous. Responsibilities include: recruitment resources / organogram development; establish engineering and QC procedures; oversight procedures to ensure quality of engineering deliverables; organize inter-discipline coordination and coordination with other sections of the project; arbitrate between different disciplines and keep all parties informed; liaise with Safety Consultants, QA consultants, Operator Representatives; support preparation and evaluation of contracts (technical content).
