Cliffs Natural Resources - Michigan Operations is seeking candidates for the following position to work at the iron ore mining and processing facilities (Empire and Tilden) located at Palmer and Ishpeming, Michigan. Labor Relations Manager Labor Relations Specialist to assist the Human Resources Area Manager in all areas of administration of the labor agreements and assist with directing and coordinating of all labor relations activities. Minimum and preferred qualifications include: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration or related field required • Eight or more years experience in HR and Labor Relations required • Supervisory/managerial experience preferred • Mining experience desired Our facilities located in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula also offers an area filled with small lakes, reasonably priced homes, good schools and lots of outdoor recreation opportunities such as golf, skiing, snowmobiling, ATV riding, biking, hunting, fishing etc. Apply online at www.cliffsjobs.com.
